An Intimate Romantic Bold Magenta Wedding in Southern California

Let’s take a trip down memory lane for a wedding we are still raving about 10 years later! What can we say about this wedding other than it was magical! The core of this couples’ relationship revolved around swing dancing, so that was what they featured! And boy was it fun to watch!

The guests enjoyed the ceremony outdoors in the garden which was peaceful and serene. but also included a few laughs. The groom sure had a way of making everyone smile and he was anxious to see his beautiful bride!

After the ceremony, while the couple was taking photos, the guests had the option of taking a swing dancing class! If they were beginners, they learned the basic step. If they were advanced, they learned a new step with a different teacher. Swing dancing is a ton of fun and not knowing how to do it was not a valid excuse! This couple wanted EVERYONE on that dance floor! It was a HUGE dance floor too!

Once the guests moved into the banquet room of Etiwanda Gardens, they served a delicious italian buffet from Hope Cafe and Catering including dinner salad, warmed rolls, different types of warm pasta, and more!

Once the dinner was complete, the couple shared a few dances, tossed the bouquet, removed and tossed the garter, and of course they cut their cake and fed it to each other.

Then, the real party started! With a carefully choreographed cue, the lights were cut, the DJ made an announcement, and the band started playing! The dancers came running and quickly filled up the dance floor! Who knew that we could fill up a dance floor that large! No alcohol required! It was a feast for the eyes for hours! So much talent filled the room and we never wanted it to end!

Ten years later, these two are still laughing, and dancing through life’s adventures and have even started a family! Congrats Lauren and Jeff on 10 years together!
